Personal Training Policies
Our new members are given 2 hours of free personal training. These 2 hours are considered "orientations". We ask that new members try to book their orientations within the first 30 days of obtaining a membership. The reasoning for this is twofold: 1) to connect with a trainer and develop a personal relationship so that you stick with your exercise program, 2) so that you exercise safely and have a good feel for much of the equipment at the club.
Cancellation policy: If you must cancel, please do so with at least 24 hour notice; in this case, we are happy to re-schedule an appointment. Our Personal Trainers are professionals and we value their time. 408.739.1250.
